Feeding South Florida invites the community to learn how to make Pate a Choux, the delicious pastry used for cream puffs and eclairs. Participants will make crème pâtissier (pastry cream) and fill their own pastry puffs while learning the history of this versatile pastry, and ways to use it for savory dishes.
