Intro to Knife Skills: Feeding South Florida invites the community to learn the fundamentals between a butter knife and a boning knife. In Feeding South Florida’s Community Kitchen, participants will improve their knife skills and learn how to be more efficient by practicing basic cuts using vegetables. Then the vegetables will be used to make a stir fry for lunch.
