On Wednesday, November 9th Fooq’s & Friends presents “OLLA,” by guest chef, Scott Linquist of COYO Taco. Guests are invited to get a first bite of Chef Scott’s newest project OLLA (pronounced oi-ya) before debuting on Miami Beach by the end of November. Inspired by the origin and soul of traditional Mexican cuisine, Chef Scott will prepare a selection of classic moles.
