Restaurateur David Foulquier and nightlife guru Antonio Turbay have teamed up to create “Victory Brunch,” a weekly brunch party that will take place in the garden oasis at La Victoria Social Club. Victory Brunch will officially launch on Sunday, November 20th, and continue on a weekly basis throughout season, from 12pm to 6pm.
