Fringe Projects will host a public lighting ceremony event celebrating the unveiling of Opia (Under the Stars, Black Girl’s Dream) by Morel Doucet. The event is part of “PUBLIC COLOR,” an outdoor art exhibition presented by Fringe Projects that is unveiling eight site-specific works by artist of color and Caribbean descent.
