Fringe Projects is proud to present ‘Public Color,’ an outdoor exhibition of eight newly commissioned public art projects by seven contemporary artists of Caribbean descent including April Bey, Morel Doucet, Mark Fleuridor, GeoVanna Gonzalez, Charo Oquet and Kathia St. Hilaire.
