For over 25 years Fairchild’s annual Gala in the Garden has been revered as one of the most beautiful and magical fundraisers in South Florida. Set amid the lush tropical foliage of Fairchild, the only tropical botanic garden in the continental United States, it is no wonder this breathtaking event is noted as one of the “Top Five Must Attend” galas by Miami Magazine. Limited to only 400 exclusive guests, Gala in the Garden is a who’s who of South Florida philanthropists and community leaders. Because of the limited attendance, guests reserve their tables months in advance. Each year, the lakeside venue is reimagined by a team of talented artists who create the glamorous decor and delicious cuisine. Guests will enjoy an exclusive silent auction, seated gourmet dinner and dancing to a full orchestra under the stars. Funds raised allow Fairchild to continue its mission of exploring, explaining and conserving the world of tropical plants.
