After an intimate guided tour of Promising Paradise: Cuban Allure, American Seduction, join us for the second installment of our film series across the street at Miami Beach Cinematheque at 6 p.m. In this 1950 film noir, a U.S. immigration agent goes undercover to infiltrate a human trafficking ring in Havana. There, he struggles with his sense of duty and feelings of love when he encounters a beautiful concentration camp survivor desperate to enter the United States.
