The 32nd International Hispanic Theatre Festival (IHTF) of Miami will present Los Monstruos (The Monsters) at the Adrienne Arsht Center. The Monsters (Argentina) is written and directed by Emiliano Dionisi and performed in Spanish. Claudio and Sandra know that their children possess unique attributes that set them apart from the average person. They are special. It’s true that they have behavior problems, don’t make friends easily and are seldom invited to birthday parties, but so what? It’s a monstrous world out there and the job of a good parent is to protect them from it. Performances on Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 5 p.m. Tickets: $34.
