This year’s International Mango & Tropical Fruit Festival at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden will celebrate the mangos of Haiti, as well as other tropical fruits that thrive in South Florida including avocados, jackfruit, mamey, sapodilla, canistel and more. The festival welcomes the whole family with fun experiences for all to taste fruits and buy fruit and trees, visit the Haiti Cultural Tent and get tips for growing and preparing mangoes. The popular Mango Brunch takes place on Sunday at 11 a.m., and tickets can be purchased online. Admission to the Festival is $25 for adults, $18 for seniors, $12 for children 6-17, and free for Fairchild members and children 5 and under.
