Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen, is teaming up for a special, one-night collaboration with Chef Álvaro Clavijo and the culinary team of El Chato on Thursday, September 19th. Gorenstein and Clavijo will present “Mediterranean Meets the Tropics,” a curated six-course dinner featuring dishes that showcase the Mediterranean and Latin influences of their celebrated backgrounds and establishments.
