Ten days of must-see films, parties and special guests from around the globe will take Miami by storm at the 33rd Miami International Film Festival March 4 – 13. The Festival kicks off on Friday, March 4, with director Alex da la Iglesia’s My Big Night, followed by a fabulous night of dancing, cocktails, glitz & glamour at the Opening Night party at the Historic Alfred I. Dupont Building . Other highlights include: Awards Night film The Steps, starring James Brolin, Oscar-winner Christine Lahti, and Entourage’s Emmanuelle Chriqui; Sundance Documentary Grand Jury prize winner Weiner, about disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner’s doomed campaign for mayor of New York City; Florida Premiere of Dheepan, which was awarded Best Film at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival; the‘Lexus Presents: Desserts & Directors’ party at The Temple House on Miami Beach; and so much more.
