Join HistoryMiami and O, Miami in celebrating Poetry Month through this captivating and exciting workshop led by local poet Nick Vagnoni as he explores with you the music and lyrics of Frank Sinatra. We will read poems about music, sound, place, and memory; roam the Sinatra: An American Icon exhibit to trigger our own poems; and then share our work aloud, adding new sounds and music to the exhibit space. Be carried away and inspired by this one of a kind workshop! Recommended for ages 13+. Space is limited and advanced reservations and payment required. Members, $10; non-members, $15.
