Come out to the South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center Plaza and enjoy an evening of Caribbean music by Melo Groove Steel Orchestra and DJ Dorenzo to kick off Miami Broward Carnival in October. There will be food trucks, bars, Mas Band displays, models, and more. Admission is free.
