On Monday, January 15 at 11:30AM a cooking demo led by head chef Charles Page will take place, showcasing to the members of the Overtown Youth Center the essence of self-reliance, creativity, and health consciousness. From Friday, January 12 – Monday, January 15 Red Rooster will also serve a curated a la carte menu commemorating MLK’s civil rights movement.
