Every Saturday in August from 9 to 10 a.m. RIDE ‘OM at The Confidante. A 30-minute Aqua Cycle class in the South pool, hosted by Water Biking Studio’s Daryl White, and 30 minutes of gentle Beach Yoga. $25 per person, space is limited. Guests are encouraged to wear swimwear and it’s BYOM: bring your own mat. Water shoes for Aqua Cycle will be provided.
