The Westin Colonnade, Coral Gables has partnered with Upstairs Yoga and JoJo to host the first monthly Rooftop Yoga and Sunset Meditation class. This installment welcomes traditional yogis, health enthusiasts, hotel guests and locals to experience a blend of yoga, tea tastings and meditation by the hotel’s rooftop pool.
