The Miami Science Barge will host its monthly event, Sip of Science, this Wednesday. Dr. Daniel D. Benetti, Professor and Director Aquaculture, University of Miami, will speak about sustainable seafood. The Miami Science Barge meets every third Wednesday of the month.
