In its 19th year, the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One is back to feature more than 450 chefs, winemakers, spirits producers, celebrities, and culinary personalities throughout the weekend. The signature events include the Wine Spectator’s Best of the Best presented by Fontainebleau Miami Beach, the Heineken Burger Bash presented by Schweid & Sons and
hosted by Rachael Ray, and the Tribute Dinner honoring Marcus Samuelsson and Jim Clerkin. New events include Sliced: A Genuine Pizza Party hosted by Michael Schwartz and an already sold-out Reception hosted by Martha Stewart, Michael White and Antonio Bachour. To date, the Festival has raised more than $30 million for the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University (FIU).
