Artist-led and hands on workshop based on current exhibition. Participants should bring two to three everyday objects (wood, leather, rubber, ceramics, metal, no fabrics) with a personal connection to their lives and hometown. Objects will be combined to create a community collage/art piece reflective of Ekaterina and Victor Khromin’s aesthetics. Participants will share personal histories and discuss contemporary art aesthetics. Open to teens ages 13 to 17 and adults. Cost is $10 per person; $5 to MOCA members and North Miami residents. Materials fee included in admission.
