Iron Tribe and Small Tea present “Tea and Tribe”. Come try a fun workout designed to get you in shape fast without long boring sessions in a gym. We’ll be combining bodyweight training with cardio for all ages and fitness levels so you can get a great workout at your own pace with some of the top trainers in the business. This 45 minute session will include a warm up, workout and flexibility training. Stay and hang out afterwards to sample some some delicious teas and finger foods courtesy of Small Tea.
