The Confidante hotel, located in mid-beach, invites locals and its hotel guests to maintain their beach-bods with the second installment of the RIDE ‘OM fitness series. The weekly fitness series, will take place every Saturday in August, with a 30-minute Aqua Cycle class in the hotel’s South pool, plus a soul-centering 30 minutes of gentle Beach Yoga.
