The Friends of Jack & Jill Center will host its First Annual Winter Carnival on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023 at Jack & Jill Center’s Halmos Family Building. The community event will feature a fun-filled day of carnival rides, games, arts & crafts, signature carnival food, face painting, photo opportunities, a live DJ and much more.
