(Hurricane Matthew Update: All VeritageMiami events postponed to the Spring.) United Way of Miami-Dade’s VeritageMiami hosts the Interactive Dinner at the InterContinental Miami, one of the year’s most unique culinary experiences. Dinner guests will team up and cook a three-course meal under the tutelage of Bravo’s “Top Chef” season 13 winner, Jeremy Ford, who also serves as the chef de cuisine at The Miami Beach EDITION’S Matador Room by Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The dinner is accompanied by Best in Glass gold and silver medal wines, which were previously selected by some of South Florida’s top sommeliers. Tickets are $500 per person.
