Fontainebleau Easter Brunch

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach hosted a haute Easter brunch of charcuterie, champagne, desserts and even sushi. Held in its Fontainebleau Fleur de Lis ballroom, where Frank Sinatra and Elvis once entertained, the iconic resort’s signature Easter Brunch featured food displays of epic and imaginative proportions. Diners carved into Beef Wellington drizzled in a Perigord Truffle sauce and cracked Alaskan king crab before savoring an array of desserts, including Easter white chocolate mousse cakes, baked apple tarts and mini French pastries.
