Girls on Rolls Member: Sandra Fiorenza
The real estate mogul and philanthropist speaks to us in her own words.
In the vibrant and dynamic world of South Florida’s luxury real estate industry Sandra Fiorenza stands out, often for her passion of giving back through her special philanthropic causes. In collaboration with Rolls Royce and as a Rolls Royce ambassador, Fiorenza held fundraisers for the Give Back to Special Equestrians organization at her Gables Estates home. This organization provides scholarships for therapeutic horseback riding and equine assisted therapy for children and veterans with physical and emotional disabilities, while also nurturing young equestrians in the value of giving back. Fiorenza’s love for education has left an indelible mark on the Fisher Island community where she played a pivotal role in establishing the elementary school. She’s held several fundraisers for Carrollton school in her private residence. Fiorenza’s supports the University of Miami Hospitals and particularly Sylvester Cancer Center, participating in the Dolphin Cancer Challenge, an annual communal bike race to raise money for Sylvester. In her role as a board member of the Vizcaya Luncheon, Fiorenza has been instrumental in raising funds annually, contributing significantly to the preservation of this esteemed historical estate. Her tireless efforts extend to her vital contributions to both the Vizcaya luncheon and annual Gala.
Fiorenza is a real estate executive whose foray into the industry began with her position at Related Companies, which, under her tenure, flourished to become the largest development company in Miami-Dade’s luxury real estate market. In Miami, she transformed properties in Gables Estates, Wellington, and Fisher Island into coveted enclaves of multi-million-dollar investments. She’s created strategic partnerships in high-rise luxury developments, notably with Douglas Elliman.
With over a decade of investment and development in Miami’s luxurious property landscape, Fiorenza is now exploring exciting new partnerships. One such collaboration is with Anirays Camino aligning with the dynamic Rolls Royce initiative ‘Girls on Rolls.’ This innovative venture aims to bring together a network of influencers who epitomize the bespoke lifestyle that many aspire to, living it vibrantly while ardently supporting a variety of philanthropic endeavors.
