Homeless Trust Donation Meter Unveiled In N. Miami
A refurbished parking meter donated to the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust by the Miami Parking Authority, and designed by celebrated South Florida artist Romero Britto, was installed in front of North Miami Beach City Hall on May 18, 2010. All monies collected by Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust Donation Meters are used to provide shelter and indoor meal programs to people experiencing homelessness.
