Humane Society’s Founding Fosters Launches
The Humane Society of Greater Miami’s newest support group, The Founding Fosters, launched at a lavish cocktail party hosted by Ocean Prime Restaurant in Aventura. The group’s creator Bella Goldstein put together an impressive advisory committee suitably called The Bark Avenue Society, which includes President Mickey W. Dworkin, Executive VP Linda Zilber, Suzanne Bezahler, Doree and Malcolm Fromberg, Carole W. and Marshall Langer, Lila and Harold Menowitz, Terri Schifrin, and Elaine and Neal Slansky. The group’s mission is to fundraise for the hundreds of abandoned animals in the shelter’s care, including newborns and adult animals with special needs.
