Flagstone Property Group broke ground on Island Gardens Miami and celebrated with a fabulous groundbreaking bash. The $640 million waterfront destination will be comprised of luxury fractional residences, shops, hotels, world-class dining and the only dedicated mega-yacht harbor in North America. Island Gardens will rise on 24-acres (10.7-acre upland and 13.3-acre submerged) of undeveloped land on the waterfront of Watson Island, a city-owned property perfectly positioned between downtown Miami and South Beach.
