Let’s Bring Back
The Society Literary Salon Series featured Vogue contributor/Huffington Post columnist and author Lesley Blume and her latest book “Let’s Bring Back” – a sophisticated, stylish cultural encyclopedia of nostalgia celebrating forgotten objects, curiosities, pastimes, fashions, words, landmarks, and personae from bygone eras. The event was held in the library of the Soho Beach House where Zacapa Rum surprised guests with a 1920’s inspired champagne tower taken from the pages of Lesley’s book. Lesley joined the stage with Thom Collins, director of Miami Art Museum, for an engaging and insightful Q & A about some of the spirited historical art movements he’d like to bring back.
