Lls To Name Miami’s Man & Woman Of The Year
The Forge on Miami Beach hosted the kick-off for a ten-week fundraising competition being sponsored by the Southern Florida Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Local supporters of LLS will compete to be named Miami’s First Man and Woman of the Year and to vie for the national titles. Their fundraising efforts, which will support cancer research and patient care, give them one vote for each dollar raised. The winners will be announced at the 2011 Grand Finale Gala on March 26.
