Miami Art Museum members and guests celebrated the opening of Carlos Cruz-Diez: The Embodied Experience of Color (March 19 – June 20, 2010), an exhibition of interactive works by one of Latin America’s most important living masters. The evening opened with a conversation between Carlos Cruz-Diez and Rina Carvajal, curator of the exhibition. Following the conversation, guests previewed the exhibition’s four, participatory installations, including Cromosaturación (Chromosaturation), a groundbreaking art work initially conceived in 1965.
