Padrón was appointed Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Morocco for the state of Florida by His Excellency Rachad Bouhlal, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to the United States, during a special ceremony Tuesday at Tuyo, the award-winning restaurant located on the top floor of MDC’s Miami Culinary Institute.
