Miami Design District presents “Fashion Fights Cancer”
Honoring Angeles Almuna
Miami Design District honored top Miami fashion influencer and photographer, Angeles Almuna, at its inaugural “Fashion Fights Cancer” event. Almuna was honored with the announcement of a dedicated mural named “Angeles x Cancer” by local artist, Abstrk, which will be painted on the iconic Living Room Wall in the Miami Design District. The mural will not only commemorate her battle with cancer, but also give hope to all those who are suffering, suffered, or have lost a loved one to cancer. The more than 200 guests were entertained with live performances by the harmonious French Horn Collective, Z Architects and DJ Michelle Leshem and bites from Estefan Kitchen, desserts by Sweet Guilt by Angelica and drinks by Whispering Angel Rose and Peroni.
