Mercedes Quiroga, President of Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus, snapped this photo of Michelle Obama at the Freedom Tower. She was addressing college students and administrators who support and encourage civic engagement and volunteering in our community. Miami Dade College won the Engaged Campus of the Year award along with other students and colleges in Florida. Senator Bob Graham was there as well along with Frank Brogan.
