Money Raised For Amigos For Kids
Andres Asion, Vice President of Sales at Fortune International, was announced the winner of a competition sponsored by Ketel One® Vodka and Miami Magazine, resulting in a $5,000 donation to his charity, Amigos for Kids. Asion competed against three contest finalists, all local philanthropic Hispanic men, including: filmmaker Diego Ojeda and his charity Twelve Smiles; actor Jordi Vilasuso, who appears on All My Children, and his charity Liga Contra el Cancer; and Tony Jimenez, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Raices de Esperanza. Each of the other three nonprofits received $2,000, courtesy of Ketel One. The program culminated with an exclusive wrap party at The Well where the winner and his charity were announced.
