Mission Statement

Art Wynwood reflects the dynamic environment of Miami’s rapidly growing Wynwood Arts District, which over the last decade has gained international renown as the hub of South Florida’s contemporary art scene. The 2014 fair, in its third edition, will present 70 international galleries that showcase a diverse range of fresh and edgy works by established, mid-career and emerging contemporary and urban street artists. Works of art will range from murals to pop surrealism to street art, amongst other elements found in the emerging contemporary underground movement. Art Wynwood offers art enthusiasts and the seasoned cultural traveler alike a unique opportunity to discover the most cutting-edge works of art exploring a broad range of styles, mediums and time periods. The 2014 edition will once again shine a spotlight on Midtown Miami and the Wynwood Arts District as an international cultural destination.
