Young At Art’s mission is to enrich our community through artistic, interactive experiences for all ages which inspire creativity and encourage an understanding of the world in which we live.
· About the museum: Activate your imagination at Young At Art Museum (YAA), an interactive art museum for all ages with immersive galleries designed to ignite your creativity! Explore ArtScapes where you can ride a New York City subway, visit a cave and discover an archaeological dig. STOMP to the rhythm, make your own earth art and create recycled puppets in GreenScapes. Learn about cultures through the eyes of artists from around the world in CultureScapes. Stimulate your senses in the world of Alice in WonderScapes, a gallery dedicated to early childhood development. Play in contemporary art installations designed by artists that change throughout the year. Get hands-on in the Young At Art Institute’s professional studios, Teen Center for Volunteers and accredited Museum Preschool and check out a book at the Broward County Public Library within the museum.
