SOCIAL Manny has turned 50 – not celebrated social photographer Manny Hernandez mind you – but SocialMiami’s weekly society photo column authored by Manny. To celebrate SOCIAL Manny’s 50th edition, we’re throwing a party on Wednesday, May 4th at Trio on the Bay, Miami’s newest and chicest waterfront restaurant. The featured drinks for the evening bring several of these brands together in creative concoctions. Here are the mixtures you can expect to enjoy at the SOCIAL Manny celebration. MARTINI Prosecco French 75
¾ ounces Bombay Sapphire
½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ shot of sugar syrup
Top with MARTINI Prosecco
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain
into a flute glass, then top with MARTINI Prosecco
and lightly stir. Garnish with a cherry.Original BACARDI Mojito Cocktail
1 part BACARDI Superior Rum
3 parts club soda
12 mint leaves
½ lime
½ part Sugar
Place 12 mint leaves, ½ part sugar and ½ lime
in glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add BACARDI
Superior Rum, top off with club soda, stir well and
garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel.
