Patrón Secret Dining Society
Patrón Spirits made a splash in Miami by hosting one of its exclusive Patrón Secret Dining Society events, an ongoing series of dinners for members of The Patrón Social Club. Details were kept secret until the day of the dinner when the selected members and their guests received directions to the Spanish Monastery in North Miami Beach. Once guests arrived, they were greeted with Patrón-inspired cocktails created by Bar Lab mixologists Elad Zvi and Gabriel Orta. For every creative cocktail prepared by Zvi and Orta, Chef Michelle Bernstein (pictured) prepared a savory dish, highlighting Patrón’s range in complementing a variety of cuisines. The menu featured bacon-wrapped dates, fresh Florida fish ceviche and crab timbale, along with a delectable dessert.
