Spa Day at the Ritz

To celebrate the Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne’s $2 million spa renovation, social fixture Brett Graff hosted a carefully-selected group of ten women to be among the first to experience the new designs that now compliment the spa’s timeless treatments. The 20,000 square-foot space has been adorned with a mosaic waterfall, modern gold fixtures and contemporary art displays. The wet areas – including Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room — are decorated with custom murals and are splashing with sunlight. For this occasion, the ten women sipped champagne while some were treated to manicures in the newly expanded salon while others relaxed with deep tissue massages in treatment rooms now plush with rich, wood finishes. Spa Director David Bremer also revealed the location would be the first in South Florida to offer vegan nail products, in addition to its signature spa treatments including the Tropical Paradise Hydrating Wrap, the Piña Colada Body Polisher and the Island Escape Package.
