Special Olympics Hosted By Gulliver Preparatory
Gulliver Preparatory, in partnership with Special Olympics Florida, hosted its annual “Special Olympics Sponsor an Athlete 5K Run/Walk.” The event featured a certified 5K course that made its way through the streets of the City of Pinecrest. Funds raised support the Miami-Dade chapter of Special Olympics Florida, an organization that provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for 4,200 children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
