The Third Annual “Wild About Kids” Gala celebrates just how Wild About Kids the Boys & Girls Clubs are! Children in South Florida can count on the Boys & Girls Clubs to have a place where they can go after school for studying, sports, mentoring and organized activities.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade will host its annual gala featuring a “Children of the World” theme. Chaired by board member Lana DeSimone, the gala will be emceed by Chef Ralph Pagano, Host of FLN’s Pressure Cook, TV’s Iron Chef & Hell’s Kitchen. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception, graciously sponsored by Bacardi and a silent auction. Dinner and dancing follows to live music provided by the band “Private Stock” and a special performance by children from the Boys & Girls Clubs. Guests will have the opportunity to sponsor a child with a $250 donation with all proceeds for the five clubs in the Miami-Dade area. Miami’s renowned artist, Romero Britto, will once again provide the colorful image for the “Children of the World” event.
