52nd Annual Charles “Bebe” Robozo Golf Classic hosted by Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade

Golf enthusiasts of all skill levels turned out for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s 52nd Annual Golf Classic in memory of Charles “Bebe” Rebozo at the Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club in Coral Gables.
Players enjoyed a day on the green to raise funds to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s many positive programs, including after school programs, homework assistance, computer training, social skills, dance, arts & crafts, professional mentoring, and summer and athletic programs, for area children who need them the most. This year’s tournament raised over $128,000 for these programs. The daylong tournament began with a warm up provided by Stretch Zone and a putting contest, followed by a shotgun start. All golfers received a commemorative golf shirt, umbrella and golf balls plus complimentary parking, green fees, cart, range balls and lunch. The day concluded with an awards banquet and ceremony, which featured a delectable buffet-style dinner, cocktails, a raffle and prizes.
