5th Annual Rosé Day
Benefiting Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program
The Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program celebrated a record-setting 5th annual Rosé Day® at the Soho Beach House raising $220,000 to benefit at-risk high school girls in South Florida. The sold-out event was chaired by Program Founder and President, Jennifer Valoppi and Philanthropy Chair, Marisa Toccin Lucas along with Board Members Daniela Swaebe, Suzy Buckley Woodward and Carol Iacovelli.
Women of Tomorrow, along with the Miami-Dade Leadership Council and the Rosé Day® Hostess Committee, welcomed 165 of South Florida’s leading philanthropists and community leaders. Guests, clad in rosé-colored attire, enjoyed cocktail hour followed by lunch at Cecconi’s, for a day filled with high fashion, fabulous food and flowing donated rosé, including The Palm by Whispering Angel and Rock Angel.
Most notable sponsors included Presenting Sponsor, Eilah Beavers; Jewelry Sponsor, Jeffrey Rackover; Wine Sponsor, Château d’Esclans and Fashion Sponsor, Valentino.
The event broke all records this year also thanks to the generous support of more than 40 Patrons, Marquee Sponsors and Blush Sponsors such as Asprey London, Bal Harbour Shops/Gigi Whitman, HERENOW Bodycare, Christy & David Martin, One Two Cosmetics, Shapoh Designer Millinery, Shutts & Bowen, The Comras Company, Douglas Elliman and NSI Insurance Group.
A dazzling diamond and emerald ring, donated by Jeffrey Rackover, was featured as a live auction item. The silent auction was also a hit with top-selling items including a stay at the Fisher Island Club & Resort, a Petrossian caviar package, a Farfetch shopping Spree and handbags from Tom Ford, Roger Vivier and Neiman Marcus.
