Start the social season with the party of the year – take a step back to 1950, to an evening of glamour, cheek-to-cheek dancing and culinary delights – and celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Miami Children’s Hospital! This year’s theme is Diamonds…Forever: Honoring the Past. Celebrating the Future. Guests will have the opportunity to honor the Hospital’s legacy of medical excellence while celebrating the future of our children. Barbara and Jack Nicklaus – the first family of golf, champions of children’s causes, and the Foundation and Hospital’s partners in Palm Beach County – will be inducted into the Ambassador David M. Walters International Pediatric Hall of Fame for their work on behalf of children.

International Chair for the event is Ravneet Chowdhury; Co-Chairs are Vivian and Juan Carlos Mas and Allison Weiss Brady and Chip Brady; Emcee is Michael Baiamonte, Voice of the Miami Heat.

About Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation

After the tragic loss of his six-year-old granddaughter in 1982, Ambassador David M. Walters vowed no child should ever need to leave South Florida to receive the highest caliber of medical care – and Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation was born.

With the Foundation’s support Miami Children’s Hospital has become a leader in pediatric healthcare and clinical research in the Americas, achieving recognition across its more than 40 subspecialty care areas and giving children and families from all over the world hope for a healthier tomorrow. Today, funding secured by Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation helps ensure that all children in South Florida, regardless of means, can have access to the world-class care they need and deserve.
