In celebration of South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Chef Laurent Tourondel hosted a sneak peek of the new BLT Steak, while insiders got a look at Miami’s freshest face – The Betsy Hotel. Industry elite poured in, from Bobby Flay and Rocco DiSpirito, to Festival Founder Lee Schrager, Chef Claude Troisgros and actress Stephanie March. Guests sipped cocktails and took in the historic hotel’s blend of heart and place, with tropical-Colonial décor complimented by thought-provoking images from Sting’s world tour by famed photographer Bobby Sager.
