The global professional services firm founder and chair of Junior League of Miami's Centennial Celebration speaks to us in her own words.

Felicia Shtivelman is the Chief Impact Officer and Founder of Capabee, a global professional services firm. With more than 20 years of experience in management and leadership, Shtivelman helps leaders head diverse teams, improve communication throughout organizations, and make change happen. Shtivelman has over 12 years of experience consulting at PwC, where she successfully navigated complex business issues, leading clients through major strategic shifts and operational changes.

Shtivelman is deeply engaged in the Miami community, serving on the Uplift Literacy Board, the Junior Achievement Professional Board, and the Leadership Miami Executive Planning Committee with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. A past board member of the Junior League of Miami, she is now co-chairing the League’s 25th Annual Women Who Make a Difference / Centennial Celebration with her fabulous co-chair and Emmy Award–winning weather reporter, Chelsea Ambriz.

Shtivelman has an MBA from the University of Miami and is a Board-Certified Coach and Team Coach.
