Bob Heuer To Retire At The End Of 2012-2013 Season
After an illustrious 34-year career with Florida Grand Opera, General Director and CEO Robert M. Heuer announced his retirement, scheduled for the close of the 2012-2013 season on May 31, 2013. Heuer’s influence and expertise are unparalleled in the South Florida community as well as in the national and international opera world. Heuer states that his decision did not come with ease yet he believes that now is the time for new leadership with fresh ideas.
