Brett Graff’s Mixed Company
… But even amidst the whirlwind of demands on Chef Bernstein’s time — she’s making four appearances at next week’s South Beach Wine & Food Festival, including one at Fun and Fit as a Family — she opened for SocialMiami.com the doors to her Design District eatery, Sra. Martinez. And prepared for us plates of bacon-wrapped Medjool dates, crispy long-stem artichokes with lemon-coriander sauce, as well as croquetas with manchego cheese and fig marmalade. Though the dishes were a huge distraction for us, we still managed to ask her about the recipe for combining creativity and corporate triumph.

SOCIAL Manny: Episode 75
Some call him Cool Manolo, but we call him Social Manny, and he was on the scene at all the best events. In this edition, Manny photographed the Stars of Design awards at DCOTA, Bottega Veneta store opening at Bal Harbour Shops benefitting Miami Children’s Museum, Nicolas Cage promoting Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance at the Mandarin Oriental, Raul Esparza concert at Arsht Center, Brickell House VIP party, Vernissage for Art Wynwood and the Miami Marine Stadium restoration announcement event. All the social stars were out in force, and Manny has the photos to prove it.
